There were plenty of towel racks, which offered convenient options for drying swimming gear. Morning coffee was hot and fresh, a nice perk to start the day. Guests generally appreciated the spaciousness of the suites, allowing for comfortable movement within the room.

The check-in process was lengthy, but the friendly housekeeping staff made our stay enjoyable. The evening live music at the hotel added a delightful touch to our nights.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. dust coated surfaces, and it lacked the attention to detail one would expect upon arrival. I encountered a malfunctioning television that required room change, and it felt frustrating to deal with inconvenience at such an hour. The pool area was unimpressive, littered with debris, reflecting a need for better upkeep. Additionally, my window faced an outdoor area that turned out to be quite noisy at night, making it challenging to secure a good night's sleep.

i had a fantastic stay at best western! the staff were super friendly and made sure we felt welcome. the gym was great for keeping up with my routine, and the room was perfect for couples. overall, a really nice experience!

The jacuzzi tub in the King Suite with Spa Bath definitely caught my attention. That's the main reason I booked here, and it did enhance my relaxation. However, I encountered issues during my stay. The room had a noticeable smoke odor that lingered in our clothes and pillows. I even tried using our febreeze to help, but housekeeping removed it when they came for towels. The maintenance they did while I was out for dinner was not ideal timing. Hot water took ages—almost twenty minutes to show up. I also had to switch rooms because the TV didn't work. The pool area was disappointing, filled with trash and not much evidence of renovation. Stray animals were around, which didn’t feel safe. Breakfast options were limited, and when I asked for more, the staff didn't seem friendly about it. The beds weren't comfy, and we only got two towels for our stay. Overall, the comfort level was lacking. I expected better management of these issues.
